The norm for which quality management systems are defined to drive business processes by improving efficiency in delivering the service to meet greater customer satisfaction.

The requirements of the standard apply to all business processes, from business to purchasing, production, etc.

The processes are announced through a special documentation (quality manual, procedures, instructions) and all the results of “making quality” in the company will be recorded on special forms (quality registration documents).
