Food Transport

The use of means for the management of food transport is organized in accordance with the ATP rules governing international transport agreements for degradable products and the special means to be used.

HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical-Control Point Protocol is then used, thanks to which the Cicolani Mauro & Figli meets all the hygienic requirements required.

Food can also be used for refrigerated semi-trailers equipped with bulkhead and / or double loading system and the monitoring and maintenance of the required temperatures throughout the journey is monitored, as well as the equipment installed in the cargo compartments, even from the controller of the Satellite Operational Center, as well as from the ability to “bind” the trips by requesting departure, break, stop and central check-in.
